Triangle Restaurant Week is BACK June 7th - 12th! Executive Chef Jason Lawless has put together a three-course menu of some of his favorite dishes, available for dine-in this week only for $35.

ORGANIC GREEN CHICKPEA HUMMUS

ITALIAN BURRATA, seasonal tomatoes, toasted sourdough, basil pesto, aged balsamic

GREEN CHICKPEA AND MUSHROOM FALAFEL

HORIATIKI SALAD, tomatoes, barrel feta, peppers, cucumber, red onions, oregano, Greek vinegar, olive oil

CAESAR SALAD, white anchovy, Reggiano parm, sourdough toast

MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE, rigatoni, shaved parmesan

GOLDEN QUINOA, edamame, green chickpea, kale, roasted mushrooms, toasted almonds

SPAGHETTI, shrimp, slow-cooked Italian tomatoes, feta

GRILLED SALMON, asparagus, green peas, fava beans, tarragon, tomato-olive relish

ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST, stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, served with tzatziki, green chickpea and basmati pilaf, lemon, dill
