Chef Jason Lawless has designed a five-course menu to pair seamlessly with these bold, red Italian wines, while Laurence Vuelta of Sunrise Wines will serve as your guide through the evening, sharing insights, stories, and tasting notes that bring each pour to life.
The night’s pairings feature seasonal creations such as housemade Italian sausage with polenta, black truffle risotto, and braised beef short rib ragout, finishing sweetly with a classic chocolate cannoli. Each dish has been thoughtfully matched with world-class Italian wines to highlight the best of Piemonte and Tuscany.
